
This happened 3 days ago.
I have been regular customer of Bungkus Kaw Kaw for few years now. At one time, for 6 months, I buy their coffee every day (Mon - Fri). Today, as I went to buy my usual Cham Ais (half ais and half sugar), this is what I get. This is the first time I buy from their Low Yat Plaza branch. I asked the cashier how come it is not full, she replied cause I asked for less ais. This is absurb! The amount I get is less than half a cup as the top part it tapered to bigger size.
So I lodge a complain to their HQ and all I get is, we will get someone to contact you. Nothing for few days.
To be fair to other outlets that I have been to, none of them are petty like this. Only the Lowyat branch is like this. Other brands selling coffee or boba does not do this when you ask for less ais. Also, since I ask for less sugar, shouldn't they add more coffee for me going by their "standard"?
So by their logic, when I ask for less sugar, shouldn't they compensate me back with coffee or discount?
