- use frosted glass
- place a big pot with huge plant (I really like this approach, it looks very modern)
- leave it as it is. Saw many people just don't care! Of course can see your body totally.

But if people wanna perve at an old man with pot belly and wrinkles then let them. And if wife is a land whale she might actually appreciate the attention.
