I had checked back and the parking condition is park back by back side because the car porch need to divide into left and right (example left for downstair owner, right for upstair owner...For this Balakong one however.. Yes and this new 4 storey townhouse is built on a hill slope area thats why the design is like when from front side you are seeing as 4 storey, but if your entrance is facing behind road, then it will be only see as 2nd storey house... |
