Newly to be launched 2 storey freehold at Puchong Tekali, Puchong prima area start price 780k

But from photos appears to be beside HTC

Anybody staying there can shed light?

It is almost directly under the HTC. There is a sub power station nearby as well.
Any link to showing the DSL layout? Thx

Thx.
Quite "inspiring" calling it hills while this part is really a flat land. The empty land here is the closest to the busy road/traffic lights. Hence pick a unit further inside. But it may be closer to HTC.

The master room is really large in the 20ft category.
I like the external bathroom sharing in between the remaining two upstairs bedrooms. It can be utilized if other bathroomd are occupied.

All bathrooms are without any window (connecting outside). Hence the design can maximize all the upper bedrooms space and avoiding any L-shape room. The con is to always turn on the vacuum/fans to dry out the bathroom (to avoid fungus).

I think they really need to expand the road coming in and out this area. during peak hour jam is really bad.

Land Pacific is the developer, apparently they bought over that land from the previous developer that kind of abandoned project or couldn't continue for some reason after building that 3 units of show unit i guess

I dont think can get freehold land now. Almost all new project are leasehold.

Just search for the sub-sale units of existing Puchong Tekali will give you the answer. Unless the new launch has separate land title/type. Btw, putra prima is mostly freehold and tasik prima is all leasehold.

Well, at least that's what I got from the salesperson, will double confirm with him, but if anyone have booked a unit there, by the time signing can confirm it with lawyer again whether is it freehold or leasehold

Oh I had a friend that stayed at putra prima before, he knows about tekali that area and he said never kena flood before, but some areas more towards the left of the site, nearer to the river I think, flooded one time only, and it's far far from tekali that site so I guess should be okay on the flooding concerns

great location compares to other project around Puchong such as Xania, Abadi Height. So many facilities such as fast food, restaurant, petrol station and even LRT station shakehead.gif . Just check with developer its freehold and individual title. corner lot even bigger 23.8 x 70' with additional 22ft land. Priced 1mil!!

saw the showroom n site b4. really near to HTC n tank. narrow road. left 2 units only (at that time). freehold. price ard 800k. developer boss is Hongkies. same as Mayflower. but will give it a miss. u have to visit the site 1st

1.06mil price is good. Landed corner 22ft extra and 24x70 freehold.

Must be the l LAST can get in puchong area.

I’m looking for property around Puchong. I’m from Klang valley-outside puchong. My wife is working in Bandar Puteri, and this location is in reasonable distance. This project look interesting price range with build size and design. Any reason the price very reasonable compared to rest of the project ? Can I know what is the dominant race Puchong Tekali?

Yogi, I would really have to think about the location. Near htc and tangki, and not many exit points. It's quite deep in if exit to Jalan Puchong, similarly if you want to go through Puchong Prima.

Since your wife works in Puteri, why not consider Puchong Legenda (if not mind leasehold) or Seri Puteri Hills (if you're ok with townhouse).

Whoever have bought property here, good luck man. MPS is either lazy or never expand or repair road. You complain until cow come home also no use. Morning and evening traffic in and out of these areas is a nightmare.

Yes, it is deep inside if compared to those with direct link to LDP like Bdr Puteri.
I don't know which two outlets you mean, but this taman has multiple side roads to exit/enter. One of them is to use small lane to get to Jln Jutera (along the river).

Do you know that Puchong Prima stn has one of the the most LRT passengers amongst all the Puchong LRT stns?
Commuters from nearby tamans including Tekali came to this stn for LRT.
