Location wise, Ayer is better. This one very near htc, while Puchong Prima location not as ideal

Yogi, I would really have to think about the location. Near htc and tangki, and not many exit points. It's quite deep in if exit to Jalan Puchong, similarly if you want to go through Puchong Prima.

Since your wife works in Puteri, why not consider Puchong Legenda (if not mind leasehold) or Seri Puteri Hills (if you're ok with townhouse).

If you have friends staying there , can get inside stories

The area quite deep internally, to get out to main road takes awhile esp during peak hours, and basically two outlets
