Well, at least that's what I got from the salesperson, will double confirm with him, but if anyone have booked a unit there, by the time signing can confirm it with lawyer again whether is it freehold or leasehold

Oh I had a friend that stayed at putra prima before, he knows about tekali that area and he said never kena flood before, but some areas more towards the left of the site, nearer to the river I think, flooded one time only, and it's far far from tekali that site so I guess should be okay on the flooding concerns

Subsale in this area is much lower. Unless built up is much bigger why not buy subsale?

great location compares to other project around Puchong such as Xania, Abadi Height. So many facilities such as fast food, restaurant, petrol station and even LRT station shakehead.gif . Just check with developer its freehold and individual title. corner lot even bigger 23.8 x 70' with additional 22ft land. Priced 1mil!!

saw the showroom n site b4. really near to HTC n tank. narrow road. left 2 units only (at that time). freehold. price ard 800k. developer boss is Hongkies. same as Mayflower. but will give it a miss. u have to visit the site 1st

Location wise, Ayer is better. This one very near htc, while Puchong Prima location not as ideal

Visited their sales gallery today. Left only 1 corner unit.

1.06mil price is good. Landed corner 22ft extra and 24x70 freehold.

Must be the l LAST can get in puchong area.
