I am a 46 years old male.

Noticed that many health screening programs are available from hospital websites. However, the price vary very much.

I am looking for a comprehensive program, as my family members got medical history of stroke, and diabetes.

Just check with few health care centre on their health screening package. The price varies a lot between those different companies…comprehensive screening can be as high as rm1,x00 to less than rm500.

I just curious does it make any difference for the price we pay?

they only run selective tests on you based on your complaints afaik
if you want comprehensive tests you need to go private hospitals or clinics and request for it
