It is not about hardcore fans.
Mostly it is about what come with S23 that better than S22. Firstly it SD 8 Gen 2 from TSMC is much much better than S22 SD 8 Gen 1 in that come from samsung. If SD 8+ Gen 1 like both Flip4 and Fold4 then ok lar just a bit upgrade. My Flip4 which have way smaller battery can tahan nearly the same with S22 Ultra.

Not counting it come with bigger and hopefully better camera performance. Then i heard it will come with less curve screen which if true mean much easier and cheaper to put tempered glass.

Samsung accessories price is bloated high. Even its smart watch or earbuds can only get 50% less if you try to resell it in brand new in box condition.. lol

Care+ covered liquid damage or screen break. Wear and tear not covered. Screen and the phone exterior bound to have micro scratches sooner or later. Most ppl like to use casing and screen protector to avoid this issue.

You can reject the revised trade in price when they come to pickup and check your old phone.

The RM600 already given thru rebate. Samsung wont ask you to top up or return the rebate.

But not sure if samsung gonna blacklist the old phone IMEI after you cancel the initial pickup.

Or you can always smash your phone beyond repair and get a spanking new phone thru Care+.... LOL

I always use tempered glass due to SPen usage.
Not syiok writing on plastic protector.

I always use whitestone dome. Tad expensive but for me still worth it. My S22U still on its first piece and dont have any scratches or fingerprint scanner issue.

For S23U cost USD39.99 for 2pcs tempered glass per one set. But the shipping going to cost around USD30. So all together it cost around USD70 to ship it to Msia.

Just the phone only.

I have done it twice before. Not purposely lar. Once because the old phone died before the pickup. Another time my relative want the old phone after i doing trade in. Both times okay ajer no complaint from either samsung or instacash

Mind you that samsung got huge profit when you buy their high price flagship. That's why they can reduce the price after only a few months of released.
I hate when they doing this as it will reduce your phone value if you want to resell that said high price flagship phone. Your RM5k phone will only valued around RM2.6k after a year.. LOL

Most cheapo tempered glass not suitable with curve screen. If still want to use tempered glass on S23U buy a quality one. It will come with a proper rig complete with all the necessary UV, glue, sponges and tapes to avoid any glue spillage.

If you have any of the above problem means either you use a low quality tempered glass or not follow the installation steps properly. ..LOL
