Yeah, wasted some samsung store credit provided with the pre order. There are a few other people complaining about the same difficulty removing the clear case on the Australian forums.
Someone even mentioned that there is a ??recall for these cases in South Korea due to being too tightly fitted. Not too sure as I have not been able to find other sources about this.

And btw, you're absolutely right about the other guy  . Not sure what he's trying to say, it's not even the same type of material on the case. Samsung's clear case is hard plastic which in no way is able to flex like the video he posted.

i have trouble removing the official leather case too. kinda regret buying it
