Like what i said. Most of us have went through the same shit last year. When i knew about that this year S23 series is using TSMC chipset, I already figured out that they wouldn't have enough stock for the whole world supply. In order to make sure that I could get the pre-order phone earlier, I had no choice but to apply walk-in preorder. because I knew the walk-in preorder unit batch is not coming with the online preorder batch. It's actually another batch without going through the DHL shipment. So there's no nonsence such as delay or mishandling. Yes. A bit of hassle. But for the sake of piece of mind.
So guys, please lah. This time learned the lesson well. Next year don't repeat the same thing. If you think that online pre-order is much more worthy than any other deals, then you accept it and be ready for possible delay. Of course you have every right to brag about it, but Samsung, the greedy bastard, ain't bother with it. That's the hard truth. Not only Samsung, other companies also did the same thing. For example, Oneplus 11. Heard that many buyers still not yet receive their phones after the estimated delivery date.
As for the wrinkle display. To tell you the truth. My S22 Ultra also has the same issue. Do it bother me? Not at all. Since 95% of Samsung curved screen phones have the same thing, even if i keep asking for replacement, most probably the next could be even worse. So how? Keep changing until satisfied? I don't have that kind of free time. As long as it doesn't affect my usage, life goes on.
I do agree that Samsung QC is lousy. I bought their TVs and monitor as well. I knew this very well. So if one really cannot stand with this kind of thing, please avoid Samsung brands. There's plenty of choices out there. No need to worry for such problem.
Oh and you ask why I can bear with Samsung poor QC? Because i found out the One Ui system suits me the most. Because Samsung TV and monitor color suits me the best. And of course, I can get special discount. So i love samsung. I am a Samsung fag. End of story.
