Since I bought bare unit without any accessories.

Which brand of rugged case and tempt glass is cheap and good, function well. I first time using Samsung phone. I heard some said some glass the finger print won't work, and some brand the casing not good

i know i don't like Graphite
i wanted Phantom Black

Watch Influencers review on each accessories... if u ask here, u'll vomit becoz many will suggest their own likings...

What's ur budget is a good start for others to suggest later....

Ive been using Whitestone Dome TG since Note 20. It uses liquid tech with UV curing. Fingerprint works fine. You need UV type TG to work with FP. This seller below on shopee cheapest so far for 2 pack TG

What if I traded in an old phone with zero value (as per the trade-in price) and still received the RM600 additional discount but upon collecting the old phone, I lost it or threw it away and won't be able to give it, will Samsung cancel my order?

personally i think samsung already gave the Rm600 discount once the purchase is done. The collecting part is outsource to instacash and nothing to do with samsung. To answer your question Samsung wont cancel your order.

meow 1st choice for budget and reliable is Nillkin brand. If not happy, can sell-off for more "premium" brand like Spigen and/or Ringke...

All these three (3) brands offer casing, TG and PET protector...

TG is very subjective... it will negatively affect the finger-print scanner ... better avoid TG if we edy have Samsung Care+ in-placed...

Can I cancel my celcom order for s23 ultra? I place an order on 2 Feb but received email that it was unsuccefuuly by celcom. So I went to samsung shop to take another order. But now I received email saying that the celcom pre order is successfull.

Call their customer service to explain the situation and seek for their assistance to cancel the order?
