I'll tell you what's different.

Say now the phone's authorized dealer in Malaysia is A. One day, phone manufacturer marah, terminates A's dealership, and appoints B as new authorized dealer.

If you have A phone under warranty, B is obliged to service your phone even though you buy from A.

That's why Nokia Service Center, although maybe operated by Zitron, will service Avaxx phones. Authorized dealer, see?

If you buy AP, the warranty company will sure not service you kaw kaw one. Why? You buy cheap, get cheap service la. Even worse, if company bankrap? Your friendly phone store closes (without telling you where to service)? Go to authorized dealer, they'll either service with a nice price tag, or refuse to service at all.

The reason for all these lawlessness (IP infringment, China imitation, underwater, AP, Return set) is because we don't regulate the market as much.
