if we buy from import from China for Huawei or Mi or whatever brand, there are certain models not launch yet in msia, if come to warranty, can we just send to msia huawei/Mi?

if i buy second hand phone with few months warranty left, if come to warranty, phone need to send back to seller or local huawei/Mi/samsung/lg/htc, etc... i got read some stated warranty is not transferable to 3rd party, means they will check with IC and name of receipt?
