Modern OLEDs won't burn in that easily, unless you like to stare at a static screen for 24 hours everyday. If that's your TV watching habit, I think you should not get a TV, but get help instead.
Dead pixels can occur to any display, doesn't matter if it's OLED or LCD. My 3 year old C9 has zero burn-in but close to about 100 dead pixels at the edges of the screen, which is normal.
I'll always go for OLED because I can't stand blooming, which the QN95B still exhibits despite moving to mini LED backlight. Dolby Vision is whatever, if you're just relying on DV from streaming services they aren't real DV anyways. Who cares.
