Hi all. I have Unifi Plus Box and Philips PUT657406 TV. When I connect the box to HDMI port, it says no signal. I've called TM technician to check whether the box is faulty but even after changed to new box the issue persists. They suspect it has something to do with my TV auto resolution set to 4K automatically (IMO it's ridiculous for such modern Android box to face issues related to resolution scaling). Unfortunately, there's no such settings where I can turn off auto detect resolution.

Does anyone faced this issue before or got any idea how to fix this?

EDIT: I've tested all HDMI ports with my laptop and PC no issue.

Called them try new box same issue. Wont say tv issue la all ports are tested ok

I thought of that actually but searched play store the app is no where to be found. Sure I can sideload using adb but want to avoid that if possible.

Most probably my play store region is set to Singapore my guess that's the reason. Will give it another go with Malaysia one.
