Yeah that was my next option if there's no like confirmed responses from members here, don't want to waste time talking to a TM rep that doesn't even know what I'll be referring to and stuff. But will do that.

if your contract is ending/ended, try and go for the SWU offer, can get 300mbps for rm129, then you’ll get your public IP. alternatively, go cheaper using Celcom fibre. i’m on the 30mbps rm80 plan, just call customer service request public IP and they gave it to me no questions asked.
