some people add the bonus and benefits on their base pay and tell people that's my salary.. so maybe that why your fren got 3.2k

for fresh grad degree holder = 2.8k....only those with working experience can nego till 3.2k but hardly can, except u're real good...
i'll work with them starting this month.. pbb offer the highest salary can be offered to fresh grad compared to other bank in MY... |

both for a sales-related job. but, i turn them down... i think selling insurance is much fun compare to work there in PBB |
