House Owner - Pass keys to tenant earlier?

However, such request can be made officially during the rental negotiations esp for commercial or industrial rental. It can be free 1 -2 months rental period for the tenant to do renovation b4 the start of business operations since no business income is generated to pay rental.  Who moves things into new place at night one? lol. This is the first time I have encountered this type of landlord.I understand that he is not wrong and not obligated to do so. From the perspective of a tenant, this leeway bit of leniency or tolerance he can't give. I feel like I fell into a trap and has already started the tenancy with a bad term.
