I think u past material needs. Your soul need spiritual enrichment. Try meditation. I sometime after send my kids to school and wife to work, go alone to taman botani shah alam. Rent those electric bike and rode all the route. Appreciating nature while meditating.

Or slowly walk through taman tasik shah alam whoe there is barely any ppl during worling hours and meditating.

You will feel much more calmer, at peace and fulfilled
