I have been staying my current house for almost 15 years. Recently I noticed certain area of my car porch always wet, even though not raining.

I suspect the underground water pipe has leakage.

Any ideas how to confirm this, and what are the proposed solutions?

Checked with plumber, apparently the water at car porch is from Tangki.

Off the water from Tangki, noticed the meter still running.
Believe the pipe was burst somewhere...

If there is a separate pipe from the reserved tank to the garden, then disconnect it.

Then from the meter, do a new connection to the garden. If there is oredi an existing pipe from the main, then not necessary for new pipe and just do the disconnection.

Wont cost much and no messy job. Can diy also.

Just checked - the pipe for the water flow from Tangki to Car porch is working fine.

The issue now is the pipe from Meter to Kitchen (the main pipe) is leaking.

Contacted the plumber, he said can be resolved in one day, but currently he is busy with other works.
