If it were me, I would move to Ipoh, keep the Myvi, and save as much as I could. Would be solid by 35. Depending on how much you contribute to the household expenses, at most you'll have an extra 100k in hand. Plenty to start a side hustle with. In the meantime can think about that side hustle and take time to learn anything that's related to it.
P.S: RM6000 is not that much to begin with. You'll regret getting the Civic.

QUOTE(DanielCheong93 @ Dec 27 2022, 10:04 PM) I'm not sure if my expected salary RM6000 is low during the interview with UNISEM for Procurement Executive as I know that my Procurement Manager in Top Glove salary is RM9300. I have a degree and 6 years experience. QUOTE(geforce88 @ Dec 27 2022, 10:10 PM) go back to Ipoh, take the 6k offer, and keep the Myvi at the moment. don't simply upgrade your mode of transportation especially when you have no other car to spare. I'm not saying that RM6000 is low, I'm saying that there won't be much left if you start spending on unnecessary stuff such as the Civic. Have some delayed gratification. Save more than you spend if it's even possible. Your future self will thank you for it. I wish I hadn't learned it the hard way.

QUOTE(DanielCheong93 @ Dec 27 2022, 10:38 PM) Because my current commitment is RM800 rental + RM500 myvi. If I were move to Ipoh, I will be paying RM1300 for a new civic so the commitment is same. Best of luck
