I also duuno why Malaysians like to use some shitty third rate areas with cheap big houses to compare with a world class top city like Singapore. Using the same logic, i can also say rural areas in slums, surrounded by rubbish, shit and dung to be better than Malaysian suburban area, cuz these slums hav even cheaper houses lol. Heck, can throw in some land for free as well.

1. Compare KL to SG lah! Not whole Malaysia to city-state SG.
2. SG limited land of cos pple live in HDB apartments. You see people in Tokyo, HK, Seoul live in landed meh? You think Malaysia better than these countries/cities? Hahah!
3. And HDB not "blanket" for entire population. Dun exaggerate ok. Only 79% live in HDB, 16% live condo, 4% live landed. Their HDB is much better than even KL condo which tends to become run down, and poorly maintained after few years.
4. And Malaysia landed not all bed of roses.....even small town people can afford....got rat problem, cockroaches, frequent floods enter living room, easy to break-in...aiyah....u know, i know....no need to say more.

if compare kl to sg, then we lose terribly. IQ should include your ability to earn. KL GDP is a lot lower compared with sinkie. University ranking also loses terribly too...

actually, High IQ people work beyond the common sense, that is why high IQ is special. They can solve something outside of the box. something that, they can see, we cannot and unable to foresee.
