9600GT will be the 1st card from the 9 series family.. based on its rumoured spec, nothing impresses me though..

ATI should make a great comeback with their next release, hopefully on par in terms of performance with 9 series, so that consumers can make a choice, go for the cheaper ones..

mid and top range 9 series will do the job, i think.. Nvidia wont be stupid enough to release a new series of their cards that can't run Crysis well.. in a matter of fact, currently they are optimizing their drivers for the 8 series so that users can play the game with acceptable frame rates..

yeah sorry for that, should have changed the word midrange to mainstream.. smile.gif
9600GT is expected to have half the SP of current 8800GT, so i guess it wont render Crysis as pretty as we would like..
