Toyota Vios 2022, Jerking

Do you know any Vios owners in this area? Just two months after purchasing my Vios, I discovered that it jerks constantly at low RPM, especially when there is traffic. I told the Toyota service centre, and they replied that this is typical and caused by the CVT. Does anyone else have this problem?

can you be more specific on the conditions as well as how did it jerk?
