He is a special child , registered under Oku but only very mild condition. Now his condition is normal already like any other general children.
Gov school I registered him twice on special class but no feedback. It was catered for maybe 97% malays and other race would be 3%. Meaning to say it's also no chance for nons to get in special class on gov school. The increasing of Oku children in Malaysia is really a worry because I can confirm that the nons are unwanted child.
I registered him in srjk after that but on 2nd year they discriminate nons Oku children too. I have no idea why the increase of other races students in Chinese school but it seemed really strange to me. Anyway all I know is Oku kids are increasing and it's very hard to get any place in gov special class.
My difficulties already past, what I worried now is his future, if he is able to go work like everyone else in Msia with This syllabus.
Ooo no wonder. Not just non, my office mate (nice Malay lady) also cannot get a place for her standard 5 son. Had been trying to get into special school since kindy.

Thank you for positive reply 🙏. I don't want expect to much, just hope he can find job like general people in Msia.
May the pathway as smooth as it can be.
Do plan ahead which area / subject to focus on, which uni to go, which domain to choose. It will be easier.
As for uni, on paper, any IPTA (local public uni) do accept IGCSE as their student. You use the term "SPM atau setara". The word
setara means your kid IGCSE taken subject is equivalent with SPM subject. FYI, my 2 IGCSE kids is in public uni. Not private uni.

One more thing, university degree is NOT the only way to a good career path. Any skill based education also can lead to a good career path.
