Etiqa got fire insurance for tenant. means if u renting shop or house, u can insure ur belonging if there's fire. it does not cover the building, just cover for belongings only. so if the house/shop u rent don't have fire insurance, u as tenant can still insure ur belonging.

Let say ts already got own insurance,
Landlord don't have insurance....
Fire happen, building gone,
Ts got insurance to claim,
But landlord want ts as renter pay some of the damage....
