later the landlord say the building got burn down while rent to tenant,
and say it was tenant fault that the building on fire...

Long time ago, one of my tenants set my condo on fire. Left the gas kettle on and forgot to switch it off. Not much damage, but the whole kitchen turned black. I had to settle the fire department's report and all that. Fire insurance helped a bit.

Tenant just said no money and moved out. How to claim from the guy? laugh.gif At best it is forfeiting the deposit only.

you get your own content insurance. if it burn down the insurance will cover your content, then you let the owner deal with his own mess and cabut
