if it is cable problem, i can solve that by recabling.
however, there's some time, user twist their cable at the earphone there. and DAMAGED the voice coil. (voice coil sits right under the wire, near to the earphone there. and protected by a very thin layer of soft glue)
that one i can't do anythings. as i need more than 2 hours surgery to settle that. i don't dare to charge RM100++ for that. u better go buy new one if this is the case.
u have to hand ur ksc75 to serdang.
i will detach the cable and test ur ksc75 with multimeter. if it is ok, means voice coil is ok. else. it's died.

ps: coolerthings also has one unit, sometime twist cable got sound (the cable push the vioce coil to touch and connected. when u not twist, the voice coil is disconnected). we all though it's cable problem. but after recable, no sound. and still have to twist the new cable to get sound.

u can send it in for check up after 23th. if no problem then can proceed with recable.
else no charge. checking is FOC.

basically this coming week i am ok.

after recable will not has warrenty from koss.
recable can make the ksc75 sounds better.
u can read those review written by others'.
i provide warrenty only for cabling work, if it's abused by user, i won't responsible on that. but so far no one had ever complain the recable work of my ksc75 which i had almost recable 100 unit of ksc75 already.
i don't have any new ksc75 to recable anymore. unless u can find a ksc75 (jiaxun is selling them in bulk i think)
the price is fix. as it is new item, and it's a service.

actually can. but cable choice are limited.


it cost RM 60
postage have to bare by customer.
and i don't mod the earclip to backphone.

can. so far i never has any unit returned to me with problem.
each unit will be check throughly before sent out.

on new batch i have make a engrave inside the plug so it's remain tight after i screw it on.
but for yours, u can use UHU gum to apply a bit on the screw line. then screw it back on.

the recable will still perform by me. just importing the ksc75 is currently done by enigmatic.

yes recable price still same at RM 60 for blue and white cable.
however. the ksc75 price itself had goes up slightly.
i currently don't have anymore extra ksc75 to sell excepts several that i reserve as spare parts.
so you might head to enigmatic bulk. and has him send the ksc75 directly to me for recable.
