How long does it take for lazada to ship you your item after your request for return rejected?

1. Sent to lazada for return. Arrived at their warehouse. It took 2+ week for them to review the return, then rejected in a few hours without consulting customer..

2. Chat customer service tell us that they can't do anything, to raise for return again after receiving back the item..

3. Since reject, been now 1+ week still at lazada warehouse haven't ship back to customer yet..

Total in lazada warehouse: 3-4 weeks and still counting.

how to return again.. 1 month the thing stuck at their warehouse.. I've talked to their customer service like 5-6 times d (quite useless, they aren't solving any issues, just kicking the ball down the road)

Their return refund process is memang lapsap.. will consider many times before buying with them again.

Since item arriving at their warehouse, it has been 1 month d.. how slow can it get?

I wish it was so easy for me 😭

I even chatted with customer service before sending out to confirm my reason is ok.. after 2 weeks sitting in their warehouse, return rejected..

Chat with another customer service, say reason provided is wrong.. please request for return again once receive back item.. but they haven't even sent the item back to me.. waliao..
