Leasehold compared to other 2 properties. I think the area has a better market value in the future too (if only i intend to sell back)

Of course the idea of me buying landed is for my own stay. Maybe can be my retirement home. I’m looking for a good neighbourhood with good access to facilities for my small little family

P/S : really in dilemma because if i dont sign the S&P for sejati by 31st no more 50% MOT subsidised

I thought the other 2 will be quite far from KL? but can't deny, SH is leasehold and smaller in built up too.
I was hoping there is HOC 2023, but I guess SH will be launching before the Budget 2023 being announced.

I wonder how is the actual sales for this project going? Agent said almost sold out, but didn't see few ppl takling about it...

Latest update on the project. Now is selling last 2 phases, basically only left few units of 2.5 Storey Semi D, 1 or 2 units of 3 storey semi d and 1 unit of bungalow

He said last 2 phase, i think he mean new phase launching. Semi-D with 2m+ not easy to digest in the market.
I think piling work started, as long the adpl out and first snp signed, then the work need to be start, so that can vped within 3year under HDA.

i see. didn't see much comments on this project, even for their link house... the EKVE seems no porgress since MCO, but I could be wrong..

EKVE highway on progress, but stopped during Pandemic & unstable polity. Now new government was resume the highway at below

1.西海岸大道(WCE)
2.新街场-淡江大道(SUKE)
3.斯迪亚旺莎班底大道(SPE)
4.东巴生谷大道(EKVE)
5.隆布大道2(MEX2)

my last visit is actually few month after they said the project resumed.. didn't see ppl on site, and no machinery around too...

@.@ you can go into the highway project site? It sound dangerous. If you mean only the ukay perdana site only, then maybe the ekve construction progress continue at another site.

yeah, ukay site only... i doubt they can complete it by next year if based on current progress.. but I can't tell for sure, maybe only contractor can give the more accurate answer?

Hi sifis. Potentially looking to buy here. This week I drove up and down on Tues & wed around 8+am but couldn't believe tht very little traffic. Is this the new norm or was it because long weekend (Monday PH) thus no traffic.

I need to drive to pj daily for work at about 8am. Certain days earlier. So traffic is a concern.
