For context, its a 30year ish house
Just did a paint job and brown spot appear after the paint dried
I googled, it says water stain/mold/mildew issue, but not much solution available.

How do i get rid of it? Repainting it with new layers doesnt help much

Whats the recommended prep work to do in the future for this kind of issues?
