your era still have chance as not many ppl having degree (yet) - thats why some company still willing to fund you for diploma and degree [this initiative still happen when i 2" join kuli company ..but now..wait la..]
now if you freshgrad 2" dont have degree (toilet paper) ; your application will automatic filter out ..how to get opportunity if your resume was getting filtered out by BOT?

QUOTE(Knnbuccb @ Dec 5 2022, 10:27 AM) Means u need to do something out of ordinary Like make calls to the hiring staff.. buy coffee etc . Try and sell urself. Of course it's not 100% . But that's the only way to get past bot filter SME maybe got chance la with call and "bribe" to hiring staff MNC if want to do exception; you need strong justification to entire management with shine technical achievements from applicants [like you holding patents that generate $$$$] usually hiring staff and management wont do that as this will attract additional unwanted noise.
