You need education (which conveniently can say a degree or the least a cert) to progress in your career.

Yourself sendiri pergi belajar, parttime degree and Masters..

if you wanna make example of no need degree in order to work, heck everyone knows that.. just go work at McD right after SPM, tadaaa...you got work with SPM cert..

Maafkan lah dia... dia lambat sikit dari segi pemikiran beliau, hence konon-nya nak make example out of him for others to learn (no degree can work), but still tak menjadi..
