Yep so if got no paper need to prove with portfolio and experience , and need to sell by talking to people... Can't rely on automated job application.

Ytd I watch a video on YouTube about how a guy became a plastic surgeon, his grades were not as good as others and he couldn't get get into uni to be doctor. So he resorted to calling admissions office finally got one girl agreed to help to talk to her superior and got him an interview. He said sometimes u just gotta try since you got nothing to lose.of course maybe nowadays more difficult because company might say just send in Ur application online .... In the past u send in hardcopy and people had to filter it manually so might be easier ... People will definitely have some bias . Computer doesn't .. u write a personal statement for people to read some sob story like this is my dream since young blablabla people might take that into account. Computer say fk it no degree filter algorithm kikc u out
