Your head lah, 'entry level'. The salary scale is ABOVE fresh grade pay in Malaysia; that's why it's so difficult to enter the program. Maybe some other ktards can correct me if m wrong, but like MT Program at Citi is starting at 4.5k monthly? Alliance is 3.5k or sthg monthly? You are literally paid to learn and get to meet senior management, get recognition.
