There this small office in KL decide renovate their place by partitioning their place to make it more nicer and more privacy.
Once the renovator done the job during weekend, the next monday all worker have a big trouble.

The partition wall block all the 5G wifi. Staff pc/laptop no signal.
The ISP provider came and say wifi+router no problem. Its your partition wall. and left.

Give them solution
a) chop of half of partition - not 100%
b) get multiple wifi/extender - 100% work
c) remove all partition like previously
d) move all staff to nearer wifi

Or just get a more powderful router.

My company stuck with the junk dlink trashcan router and the range is barely half of what I achieved at home with TUF-5400

Why AX when residential internet speeds dont even exceed 1mbps

It’s a better tech vs ac, better range and bandwidth.

My Mercusys MR70X cost RM160 last year. You can buy it at RM140 today if you look around. Some of the higher end AX and AX routers have price difference of +/- </> RM100 between brands. It would not hurt to get AX at this point.

Or make your life easier, get Asus router.

You can retire and mesh the old asus router with new router when new techs came out.
