So far the surrounding neighbors feel like ok and the current unit is tenanted, but let's hope no bad neighbors. cry.gif

Took a quick view on the Google Maps. Looks like a nice neighborhood. Majority of the house are well kept and renovated especially the double story. Can be very nice if spend a bit on renovation. But older projects like these definitely will not have it's price growing any much further more due to new launches that has everything a modern buyer wants (gated, park, landscaping, wide road, lake, etc).

well- if the area is really good.
Like DU - the house approx 40 years are still fetching around 1.2-14 million for terrace.
I've view a few so call long house ( approx 100ft)- it even catch > 2 million
