kytz & the rest,

what are you guys using to lube your cubes ? i've used the crc silicone but that's not exactly liquid based lube.

i'm thinking of looking for the shock oil which should be available at our RC shops here smile.gif

@joel,

which "brand" of silicone did you use, and was it also a spray ?

I'm looking for something that's like what you get on new pre-assembled cubes... that thin layer of gel/liquid , and not the oil that would leak around biggrin.gif

I know for lubing foosball rods we also use silicone lubricants, liquid based ones and that doesn't dry up like the sprays. Just not too sure if it'll not eat into the plastic tongue.gif

i'm just on a quest to find good lube wink.gif

I just picked this shock/silicone oil from an RC hobby shop @ Atria, for only RM20. It's the "300", which is slightly lower than the 30wt.

Will try with just a few small drops first wink.gif

Guess best is still disassembling cube & spraying silicone on it!
