If it is a scam, how come their office can be in TRX tower?

It may hv "closed" since end of July 2022 after that SC listing of it in the alert list.
Or could hv ceased in Carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities in that premises....and could hv just continue to do them underground

They can rent that place to operates a business...
Unknown to the landlord, ...that business is not running a regulated activities.
The landlord just know that the company has a registered business license....that company uses that company registered SSM license to operates unregulated activities.
Geneva gold, jjptr, MBI ...are some of those too
