Hi all. Anyone heard of Herzen FX? Is it a scam ? They used to be known as Prima International Trading and recently they changed their name to Herzen since last year 2022. Can anyone verified on this please?

Always check with BNM directly on the listing of approved foreign FX trading companies. You may click the link here https://www.bnm.gov.my/web/financial-fraud-...-trading-scheme. There is a long list of companies listing for your perusal.

As above, based in Marshall island.

You see anything based in some funky Island in the Pacific Ocean, Carribeans, Mediterranean, Cypruss , Secyhlles etc etc.

RUN.

The only islands for FI you can trust is Singapore and HK. Even Penang Island can't be trusted.

If for me, i would just go for the other one named "tf**" instead of oanda or octafx. For the returns that i can generate thru self trading in Oanda or Octafx cannot beat the consistently 6-7% roi every 5 weeks for my money invested with them. I don't need to do any trading, they manage for me. I can then use that free time networking with people of possible future interest or needed their helps like for example Michael Chong and the staffs at his office.

Yes life is short, opportunity does not always come so frequently. So when it does come, make full use of it.

Why just put in money that you can afford to lose?
Is it because you, Dont trust them even they had been shown to have been consistently giving out 6-7% every 5 weeks for years and even when they had been in operation since 9 years ago?

If you don't trust them by investing with just money you can afford to lose....better don't invest.
If don't trust them, better don't invest.
If trust them, then invest with whatever you hv.....
Remember for each 1k usd you did not put in,,,,you will be having 1 million less usd approximately 10 years later.
Do you want that?

Sorry to say Labuan FSA is pretty useless in terms of governance as most SEA scam brokers operated with it 🤦‍♀️

Only SC and BNM are actually doing their work albeit slower to action when things go south

So don’t say FX is scam while most of us are making solid money through Tier 1 brokers

If it is a scam, how come their office can be in TRX tower?

Or could hv ceased in Carrying on unlicensed capital market activities of dealing in securities in that premises....and could hv just continue to do them underground

They can rent that place to operates a business...
Unknown to the landlord, ...that business is not running a regulated activities.
The landlord just know that the company has a registered business license....that company uses that company registered SSM license to operates unregulated activities.
