Poor Ken
I think it always falls because Silent Spinner cannot be attached to the side of the Toyogo box, the stand is famous for being too small to support the wheel by itself. Maybe you can try to use something to weigh down the stand? A flat tile would be good but i don't know where to get those. 12 inch wheel falling on a hedgehog is like a bookshelf falling on a human being |

QUOTE(bonai @ May 17 2008, 01:23 AM) cim, if u arent selling to him sell to me ok.. hehe.. The calcium powder people dust insects with before they feed to reptiles?btw, i've heard once that there's a hedgie taking calcium intake.. is that necessary? is it rep-cal or what? Don't think i have ever heard of it being necessary for hedgehogs, oat/fruit/veggie gut loading of feeder insects is sufficient for them. Cottage cheese is the only recommended 'calcium' source i have seen people mention giving hedgies. Ill ask around about it just to be sure But keep in mind any supplement should be given in moderation, overdose can be more dangerous than not giving any supplement at all. |
