yes and no. Accenture was one of the vendors that I was working with in my previous company

some of the developers are truly the best, but some of them are the worst as well. I think if the talent is from our own country, then they are okay. some talents who are from India are the worst. When they speak, can barely understand. Got the job done but with a lot of delay and poor code base.

from what I understood from a few of my friends, there could be no "definite" range for increment yearly and promotion

some year they get like rm100 for yearly increment (so, not even 1% or 2% of their salary), some years got double or triple that (more than 5%)

as for promotion, it is another headache as well. one who is promoted in one cycle could get way less/more than the one who is promoted in another cycle (if they are on the same level)
