Just look for HH grade pads should be good at the cost of rotor life. Maintenance include service brakes, lines, fluid, and the disk. https://idpartsblog.com/2019/04/11/what-do-...n-ratings-mean/ Vesrah have few lines - W, JL, RJL, RJL XX etc EBC - we only know about HH sintered pads. Some riders don't like this for the dust and noise. SBS - Recently bought by Brembo. Cheapest sintered pads. Brembo pads Nissin pads yara liked this post

QUOTE(yara @ Nov 9 2022, 10:14 AM) sintered pads are for stainless steel discs only, and modern bikes are equipped withthere are different levels of stainless steel rotors, with OEM being the lowest (generally speaking) for street use, sintered disc will not wear out rotors significant enough rotor wear will increase if there are cases of severe pads dragging on rotor, or ride at high level (competition level, trail braking, stunt) etc cast iron rotors on classic bikes cannot take sintered pads; sintered pads will eat iron rotors within a very short period of use, and in some cases even small stainless rotors - this issue is common on rear disk brakes that switched to sintered pads. yara liked this post

Vesrah is good, sintered, SBS also not bad, for Brembo get the Gold color one not the red, as the Organic red brembo tend to produce excessive dust.
But Vesrah a bit noisy compare to the rest.. but I like to inform others that I am doing braking at that moment. |
