It is a matter of are you desperate or not. Need car urgently and willing to pay for high 2nd hand value. or you can just wait till get a new car while having some warranty. based on your options, go with Bezza.

Jazz is compact and does its job very good if you want to do deliveries or moving stuff. Just the interior of honda's are thin to give you more interior space.

Bezza on the other hand already thin so its really huge. its light weight, so its fast too. I will suggest Bezza if the goal is to drive short distance in town. No frills car.

Me personally i would pick the Saga. I at one time love the Jazz. Just the seats are too thin and not that comfortable. Saga seats suits my needs. Affordable no frills good on long distance travel.
