I am buying car for my wife. Between honda jazz 2016 and new bezza which is better for town car and sometimes for long distance travel?

She love jazz design. Not too big and not too small.

But for the same price we can get new bezza.

Jazz is ok, just that it's 2nd hand 6 years car and alot of things can go wrong.

Myvi got bad reputation 🤣 too many viral incident related to myvi.

i pick beza becos boot is useful

if loading space is a concern, i would actually choose jazz instead. the foldable seats & smart seats configurations, is CRAZY.
my persona also lose to jazz 9 streets when it comes to loading large/random objects

pots of plants, large oven, kitchen hood, curtain railings, dining chairs, dismantled large cabinets, dressing room chair, whiteboards, cartons of masking tapes/ folders

in terms of f/c pure city drive is about 14-15km/l
highway can reach 21-22km/l if you drive like uncle

my hse have the exact same year jazz E
but only 60k km le, since it's mostly city drive

so far no issues la, but i can't vouch for the one you looking at carsome, because the one at my hse really dun use that much. mostly just drive go pasar buy stuff, visit relatives (subang-damansara), occasionally use to ferry stuff (damansara-salak south-subang)

Between brand new bezza, used 2016 jazz, of course I'll go for brand new honda city, most basic spec RM78K(otr), 1.5 S haha (ditching the bezza)

Due to loan calculation in carbase,
jazz '16 60K 10% dp, 9 years, rate 4.45 (used car rate), RM700.25 installment

new city spec s, 78k dp 10%, 9years, rate 3.5 new car rate, installment RM854

Jazz, if you know how to inspect the used car and well versed with post-warranty maintenance and potential repairs.

Between Myvi and Bezza, take the Myvi.

for the wife.... unless she's a motor head, best get a car will full warranty that she can drive with confidence. Last thing you want is a fancy car that broke down in some dark kampung road at 11pm and she's all alone.

It is a matter of are you desperate or not. Need car urgently and willing to pay for high 2nd hand value. or you can just wait till get a new car while having some warranty. based on your options, go with Bezza.

Jazz is compact and does its job very good if you want to do deliveries or moving stuff. Just the interior of honda's are thin to give you more interior space.

Bezza on the other hand already thin so its really huge. its light weight, so its fast too. I will suggest Bezza if the goal is to drive short distance in town. No frills car.

Me personally i would pick the Saga. I at one time love the Jazz. Just the seats are too thin and not that comfortable. Saga seats suits my needs. Affordable no frills good on long distance travel.
