I'm keen to MNP to U mobile postpaid. Can anyone confirm if their eSim works with S22 Ultra.

Also, can we get the eSIM qr code via email or need to walk in to U mobile experience center.

Thank you for reaching out to uMobile SoMed Customer Care Center. You are important to us. In order to serve you better, pls provide your IC (for online MNP purposes), credit card number (for direct debit purposes), your mother's name and your first pet's name. Our consultants will perform initial verifications and will reach out to you if needed. If you receive any 6 digit code, dont worry, its us trying to validate your request.

Asking customer service they sometimes no clue one.. doesn't matter which telco. Even for voLTE they'll ask what device and if it's not in their list, straight away says device doesn't support.

You just go to umobile center.. they'll say your device not in their supporting device list. Just tell them, "never mind, i still want to try esim. if it doesn't work, i switch back to normal sim. i'll pay."

But make sure you ask how much.

I think it's RM10.

Major telco like celcom, maxis, and digi that has physical center don't provide esim qr code via email, have to go to the center. I guess the same for umobile, but try call and ask.

Only telcos like yoodo or tunetalk gives esim qr via email.
