your printer screenshot, i believe that is the setting for where to save the scanned document?

protocol is set to ftp, do you have ftp server running on kamel-hp to accept the connection?
maybe you need to use smb instead

open up cmd:
netstat ano | findstr /i :21
if you get any result that says listening, then probably you have ftp server running on that machine

you mention that you can print, since your printer is a network printer, then that means that your PC can reach it through the network
that would also mean that your printer IP is not .110 so ignore any comment that says as such

if you don't have ftp server running on that machine, then check if there are any shared folder instead
in cmd:
net share
or you can also run compmgmt.msc, go to Shared Folders -> Shares
if there are any non default shared folder, on printer, set proto to smb and use the shared folder you found on the machine

so from the screenshot, cmd output is before you applied the setting?
why are you making things hard here
apply IP, then show ipconfig /all output

and have you checked whether that pc has ftp service running on it or not
