Alternative for Mi-Care claim system

Currently my company is using Mi-Care claim system for claiming optical, dental and other flexible benefit.
Unfortunately the claim is very slow from Mi-Care side and I don't feel the company is having a good technical support. Can you share with me what kind of claim system your company is using now which is efficient and effective? |
