Currently my company is using Mi-Care claim system for claiming optical, dental and other flexible benefit.
Unfortunately the claim is very slow from Mi-Care side and I don't feel the company is having a good technical support.

Can you share with me what kind of claim system your company is using now which is efficient and effective?

you may however, highlight your issues to your HR for them to consider alternative providers when the renewal of this provider is up

yes, i really hate micare claim process. 1 claim can take more than 2 months.

Hmm interesting, we use the same service as well, thus far, no issues in claims efficiency. Either via app or web.

That is weird, in my past two companies that I was at, one an FSI and another a global MNC, we have always been using MiCare and never once did we face any issues/complaint about claims being very slow.

Which part specifically are you talking about when you say claim is slow?

Many times the documents uploaded are not in the system. Then they don't notify you and the claims is just let there until you check again. That's the usual cause for delays that I've experienced.
