Unless you do a lot of multiday touring and cold weather riding, IMHO waterproof gloves are not necessary. Better just carry a spare set of gloves. Doubt you are going to get good and reliable waterproofing at that price point. A typical glove has many seams and stitches and that much movement which would make any glove to be waterproof extremely difficult . Hell, for 100rm, even finding a decent normal glove is difficult at that price point.

Waterproof gloves tend to be hot when not raining, and numbs the feel on the bar and levers. Besides, in our weather, even if the gloves are wet, they tend to dry up very quickly when riding. Better to choose normal gloves with good safety features instead.

You could try to wear a nitrile surgical glove under your normal glove.
